R.L. Workman Homes, your hometown builder, is one of the largest builders of new single family homes in Southeast Arizona. This local builder's designs can be built in various subdivisions located in Sierra Vista, Hereford and Benson, in Southeastern Arizona where R.L. Workman has purchased home sites or on a buyer's own residential lot.

Home buyers may choose from over 20 existing floor plan designs which include one and two story engineered homes and range from 947 to 3,281 square feet in size. Additionally, each floor plan offers the buyer their choice of exterior elevations and features.

All R.L. Workman homes are fully engineered and stamped by an independent licensed structural engineer. While not required by the local zoning authority, Mr. Workman feels that by engineering his plans, he gives the home buyer additional assurance their new home is well-built and structurally sound from the ground up.

Each new home comes with an extensive list of included features such as central air conditioning and concrete tile roofs. In addition, each floor plan offers a complete list of custom features available.
